These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the cbaja platform and all of its services. This document serves as a binding agreement between cbaja and the user. By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

Definitions & Interpretation

The meanings of the following words and terms used in these Terms are set out below:

"Platform" or "Site"

The cbaja website and all related services, pages, and applications operated by cbaja.

"User" or "Member"

Any person who uses the services through a registered account on the cbaja platform or by visiting the site directly.

"Services"

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

The following rules apply when depositing funds on the cbaja platform:

• The minimum deposit amount per method is ৳200.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Deposited funds must come from the user's own account only — third-party accounts may not be used.

Withdrawal Terms

The following policy applies when withdrawing funds from cbaja:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit, where possible.
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will remain on hold if the wagering requirement for bonus terms has not been met.

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Examples are given below:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳8,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳13,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering amount is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotion once only.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• cbaja reserves the right to change, cancel, or suspend the terms of any promotion at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse or breach of promotion terms, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — they are for gaming use only.

Gaming Rules

• Colluding or "collusion" with other users to manipulate outcomes.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts (multi-accounting).

• Using a third party's identity or payment details.
• Impersonating cbaja staff when communicating with other users.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive behaviour toward other users.
• Any activity that cbaja considers fraudulent or harmful.

Account Suspension & Closure

cbaja's Rights

cbaja reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure or refusal to cooperate with identity verification.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

Voluntary Closure by User

You may request the closure of your cbaja account at any time. In such cases, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any applicable real money remaining in your balance, however bonus credits will be cancelled.

Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

cbaja accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Temporary service interruption due to server maintenance or technical failure.
• Losses caused by the user's own device or internet connection issues.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to the account.
• Any financial loss arising from the user's own decisions.
• Unforeseen events or "force majeure" circumstances.

Dispute Resolution

Complaint Process

Resolution Method

These terms are written in Bengali. If any conflict arises between a translation and the original Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail.
